Relay South Dakota

The Challenge
- Relay South Dakota provides telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or speech-disabled. Relay 711 is a service that allows deaf and hard of hearing individuals to communicate through a moderator with anybody they want to. This client asked us to spread awareness of this essential and valuable service.

The Solution - First we established who we were talking to and the best way to communicate our message. Businesses and deaf, hard of hearing, and speech-disabled individuals all needed to have a clear understanding of what Relay South Dakota was all about. Communicating this effectively meant strong visuals and enticing copy with a clear call to action. Strong imagery is an effective tool, especially when it's not forced.

We built the brand from the ground up, from logo design, web design, print materials, video production, photography, and radio. Virtually nothing was left out. All of these materials worked together to relay a cohesive brand that stood for something great, complete with a colorful scheme, enhanced communication and a more upbeat and positive message.

The Results - The campaign is still underway, with great feedback so far.
